We use your information to manage your gym membership, process payments, provide 24/7 access via key fob or fingerprint, and communicate with you about your membership.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by GoCardless (Direct Debit) and/or Stripe (card payments). We do not store your full bank or card details on our systems.

5. Biometric Data

If you opt into fingerprint access, your fingerprint template is stored locally on the access control device at the gym. It is not transmitted over the internet or stored in the cloud. You can request deletion of your biometric data at any time.
